Large generator sets are high-value, precision heavy equipment, and the process of cross-border transportation must contend with multiple challenges such as hoisting, handling, ocean shipping, and loading/unloading; any minor collision or improper operation may compromise the equipment’s quality.
Faced with overseas customers’ high standards for equipment integrity, performance verification, and delivery quality, the question of how to establish comprehensive quality control and transportation processes has become a key challenge for this project.
Solution
Zhenyi adheres to international heavy-equipment export operation standards and has established a comprehensive preparation and delivery process. After equipment inspection and servicing, component calibration, and performance verification are completed at the Kaohsiung plant, precision hoisting operations are planned in accordance with the equipment’s characteristics to reduce risks during handling. After completing manufacturer-grade full-load performance testing, the team employed professional moisture-proof and impact-resistant packaging and monitored maritime logistics and delivery progress throughout, ensuring the equipment remained in optimal condition during international transport and was successfully delivered to the project site in South America.
Project Outcomes
This project successfully completed the cross-border delivery of the 18V34SG large generator set, maintaining zero damage and zero faults to the equipment throughout, and meeting the customer’s acceptance standards.
Through comprehensive equipment preparation, performance testing, and international logistics management capabilities, Zhenyi has once again demonstrated its one-stop service capabilities in the export and cross-border delivery of heavy-duty power equipment, and has accumulated valuable project experience in the South American market.
