Step 01｜Submit Rental Application
Complete the rental application form on our website and provide the required power capacity, installation site, rental period, and any optional equipment or service requirements.
If you have special requests, please include them in the remarks section. After submitting the form, please add Zhen Yi via LINE or WeChat so we can contact you and confirm your requirements.
Step 02｜Requirement Confirmation
After receiving your application, one of our specialists will contact you to verify your site conditions, power requirements, and application details.
Any questions regarding rental fees, deposits, transportation, or maintenance services will be fully explained at this stage.
Step 03｜Quotation & Contract
Once the requirements are confirmed, we will issue a formal quotation and rental agreement.
The documents clearly specify equipment rental, transportation costs, maintenance services, and any optional charges.
The agreement becomes effective once it has been signed and returned by the customer.
Step 04｜Equipment Preparation & Delivery
Before dispatch, the generator will undergo maintenance, functional testing, and accessory preparation. The equipment will then be delivered on schedule, followed by on-site installation, testing, and commissioning support.
Step 05｜Technical Support During Rental
Technical support and maintenance services are provided throughout the rental period. If any abnormal operation or equipment failure occurs, please contact us immediately and we will arrange prompt assistance to minimize downtime.
Step 06｜Equipment Inspection & Return
Please notify us at least three days before the rental period ends so we can arrange equipment collection.
Both parties will inspect the equipment together. After final settlement and confirmation of its condition, the security deposit will be refunded.
